The house is a one minute drive to the Port Hughes boat ramp and a 2-3 minute walk to the jetty and Port Hughes Tavern. Nearby are superb Yorke Peninsula beaches to wander along and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this wonderful part of South Australia.

Guests have access to fully covered and equipped outdoor entertainment area and a games room containing the latest in Wii games, a pool table and a dart board, a great place to park the kids or entertain friends. There is ample parking for cars and the family fishing boat (we even have fish cleaning facilities and a fish freezer).

The ground floor level has an open plan living area with a stunning kitchen, two queen sized bedrooms and a spa bath. The upper level has 3 bedrooms, a state of the art mind blowing kitchen and provides wonderful sea views.
